The High Desert Fire Circle Community meets regularly (usually once a month, sometimes a little more or less often) to sit around a fire, talk about what’s on our hearts, laugh, cry, compose, decompose…in short to find ground. Maybe it’s the dark, rich chocolate? Maybe it’s the delectable potluck meals? Most probably it’s the open and seeking hearts that gather to find our way towards deeper connections of all sorts. Fire circles for 2012 will be in several places around the community. I will host the fires in the months with solstices or equinoxes.
- April 14th, 7pm for potluck with fire to follow(Andy’s home) probable date
- May 19, 7pm.for potluck with fire to follow. Hosted at Beth’s home; convened by Tania Crawford.
- June 16, 7pm for potluck with fire to follow. Hosted and convened by Beth.
- July fire circle will be at Mike Stauder’s, July 21, 7pm for potluck with fire to follow.
- August fire circle will also be at Mike Stauder’s, August 25, 7pm for potluck with fire to follow.
NOTE: In July or August a camping trip may be organized for the fire circle.This camping trip would be in addition to the fire circles.

The fire circles are lovely places where hearts are warmed, energy is moved and spirits are encouraged. I’m quite sure all the dark chocolate is the catalyst!
